- Management of demanding projects in structural engineering timber construction and wood element construction from planning and production to handover.
- Responsibility for quality and timely project execution within the agreed budgets
- Optimization of execution solutions in factory planning with regard to material, production and assembly
- Contact person for clients and coordination of all subcontractors and specialists involved in the project
- Management of allocated project resources and monitoring of their efficient use
- Control and monitoring of project execution in compliance with Group guidelines and legal requirements
- Preparation of production and assembly documents and schedules
- Conduct of procurement negotiations together with project management and purchasing
This is why you succeed
- Apprenticeship as carpenter and polishing training or technician HF or wood construction/construction engineer
- Professional experience as carpenter or polisher
- Experience in construction of timber construction projects
- Knowledge of CAD planning
- Several years of experience in the construction management of timber construction projects (techn. and kaufm). Project management
- Sound knowledge of Swiss building law
- Good communication skills and entrepreneurial thinking
- Good user knowledge of the MS-Office range
- Professional leadership experience
