Is the opportunity to actively shape the digital development and administration of the pension fund motivating you? Do you want to use your organizational skills in a varied environment while gaining practical experience?

In this role, you will strengthen Zurich Switzerland’s Pension Fund Zurich Switzerland in the area of Pension Fund Consulting/Administration. With the maintenance of digital content, structured document management and the preparation of information, you ensure that internal processes work efficiently. In addition, you support communication and dispatch campaigns, document processes and contribute to improvement measures within the pension fund.

This is what awaits you

• You maintain and update the portal, the intranet page and other digital content of the pension fund.
• You prepare information for internal and external target groups and support communication, for example in translation jobs and shipping campaigns.
• You structure, archive and manage digital and physical documents carefully.
• You create comprehensible process documentation and support the further development of our workflows.
• You participate in varied projects and improvement measures and take on further tasks as required and interested.

• Matriculation at a university during the entire contract period, ideally in business administration or business informatics.
• Reliable, careful and independent work.
• Discreet and responsible handling of confidential information.
• Structured working methods, high quality standards and reliable compliance with deadlines.
• Digital affinity and secure application of Microsoft Office.
