The VZ is Switzerland's leading independent financial service provider. We create transparency in the banking and insurance market and provide comprehensive and neutral advice to our customers. As we grow strongly, we are looking for reinforcements for our pension funds at our headquarters at Paradeplatz in Zurich.
- You work independently and qualitatively demandingly on the diverse business cases in the area of active insured persons of our collective foundations and ensure correct, efficient and timely settlement.
- You are competently advising insured persons and employers on pension issues and supporting them in complex issues relating to occupational pension provision.
- You process demanding written and telephone requests from customers independently, and efficiently, and thus contribute significantly to a high level of customer satisfaction.
- You actively participate in projects, bring your own ideas and support the further development of our services and processes.
- Depending on your commitment, interest and development, you will gradually assume personal responsibility and position yourself as an internal specialist.
- Well-founded experience in occupational precaution, ideally in the context of collective foundations
- Professional training such as the specialist card Social security or professional/women's staff allowance
- Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented working methods as well as motivation to take responsibility and actively participate in shaping specialist topics
- Very good German skills and good French and/or English skills are advantageous
- A responsible position with scope for design and development
- A varied task, a team on which to count and a corporate culture that promotes initiative
- Exciting topics at the interface of pension, law, finance and customer consulting

Requirements
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der beruflichen Vorsorge, idealerweise im Umfeld von Sammelstiftungen
- Fachliche Weiterbildungen wie beispielsweise der Fachausweis Sozialversicherungen oder Fachmann/-frau Personalvorsorge von Vorteil
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Motivation, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Fachthemen aktiv mitzugestalten
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Französisch- und/oder Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
