• Nearly 280 employees support, support, look after and employ people with disabilities in their living, working and living space. For this purpose, we offer 148 residential places in various forms of living as well as 175 workplaces in workshops and a service company. In addition, 90 seats are available in the day care center. Immediately or by agreement we are looking for a PRACTICANT/-IN SERVICE OPERATION 100% (M/F/D) internship duration: at least 6 months In compliance with internal and external regulations, the service provider is responsible for the maintenance and maintenance of the entire area, the building and the technical facilities at the Graswinkel site. The service company employs 25 specialists with appropriate training. They serve 67 people with disabilities in the areas of domestic service, cleaning, laundry, animal enclosure, garden, technical service, office/reception, house maintenance, canteen, driving service/logistics, service and kitchen. The area comprises five residential and working buildings as well as outdoor areas and six vehicles used for transporting people and goods. What does your everyday life look like with us
• You support the group leaders in the care of a group of employees with disabilities in their everyday work.
• You are involved in the individually adapted support of our employees as well as in the execution of our orders.
• You take on joint responsibility for the execution of the work processes.
• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are open, curious and communicate appreciatively.
• You enjoy working in a team and enjoy working with people with disabilities.
• Reliability, commitment and willingness to learn characterize you.
• You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing.

With an orientation internship, we offer you a practical introduction to social or health care and provide you with valuable insights into everyday work. You will be accompanied and supported by an experienced, interdisciplinary team. In our service company, you get the opportunity to experience and actively shape the agogic processes as well as the everyday life and work of our employees.
