In handmaking, we combine floral craftsmanship with sustainability, social commitment and lived inclusion. Our flower arrangements are created with great attention to detail and together with people in need of support in an appreciative working environment. Tasks:

• They design individual bouquets, gestures and seasonal arrangements
• You advise and support our customers directly in the shop
• They actively participate in orders, care of the flowers and presentation of the assortment and contribute
• Accompaniment and support of people in need of support in everyday work (protected work area) as well as the co-creation of a warm, creative and inclusive working environment round off the task area Requirements
• You have completed training as a florist / florist EFZ of advantage already with experience or training in the field of work agogy
• They work creatively and independently and have a great passion for flowers, plants and design.
• They are characterized by a high level of social competence as well as enjoyment of contact with customers, patience, empathy and interest in working with people in need of support.
• You are a reliable, flexible and team-oriented personality with pleasure in sustainability and handmade products We offer:
