• You ensure the professional support of our customers in the entire training area
• You advise and look after our guests at the reception and on the phone
• You advise interested parties professionally on our offer and actively sell memberships
• You are handling customer concerns
• You serve our guests at the reception and at the cash desk

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience: in a similar position and in consulting
• Completed basic or further education: As a fitness instructor (or physical education instructor ESSM, gym or physical education instructor with diploma)
• You bring an education or experience in the commercial sector and have good IT skills
• You have a strong understanding of services and have a winning personality
• You are motivated and can work well together in a team
• You have a high degree of flexibility in terms of assignment planning (7 days shift operation, evening, weekend and holiday assignments)
• You have a valid BLS-AED
• German (very good knowledge)
• English (advantageous)

Recruitment process
