Responsibilities

• You ensure professional care for our customers throughout the entire training area
• You advise and assist our guests at reception and on the phone
• You professionally advise prospective customers about our offer and actively sell memberships
• You handle customer inquiries
• You serve our guests at reception and at the cash desk

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience: in a similar position and in consulting
• Completed basic or advanced training: as a Fitness Instructor (or PE teacher ESSM, gymnastics or sports teacher with diploma)
• You bring training or experience in the commercial field and have good IT skills
• You have a strong service understanding and a winning personality
• You are motivated and can work well in a team
• You have a high level of flexibility regarding shift planning (7-day shift operations, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts)
• You possess a valid BLS-AED certificate
• German (very good proficiency)
• English (advantageous)
