- Analyse and interpret L&H financial performance data, providing clear and insightful explanations of variances against internal and external targets
- Consolidate financial inputs from a diverse range of stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting outputs
- Contribute to external L&H disclosures and internal management reporting, supporting the delivery of high-quality analysis used for strategic steering purposes
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within reporting workflows, driving efficiency and quality enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as required by senior management About the Team

- Our team holds ownership of the consolidated L&H results, with a sharp focus on both external disclosures and internal management reporting.

Application process
- If you hold a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD and have up to three years of professional experience, apply for our 18-month Graduate Programme starting on 1 September 2027.
- Knowledge of or strong academic exposure to IFRS accounting standards, with an understanding of how these apply within financial reporting contexts
