We are looking for a highly motivated Financial Analyst, Performance- & Initiative Manager who is passionate about driving finance related projects and create impact on profitability, performance and cost management topics for Julius Baer’s private banking business in Western Markets & Switzerland.

- Strong academic record: University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or comparable field of study with above-average grades
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a comparable finance or related function within banking / financial industry or in management consulting with focus on banking
Key requirements
- Strong academic record: University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or comparable field of study with above-average grades
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a comparable finance or related function within banking / financial industry or in management consulting with focus on banking
- Good knowledge and understanding of the Private Banking business and global financial markets
- Excellent slide writing skills with ability to prepare ‘target audience specific’ communication
- Advanced Excel and data handling skills paired with affinity to derive in-depth quantitative analyses
