Company and context
- Initially, the focus will be on the introduction of an organization-wide expense and travel tool – then you will play a central role in the further development of ETH Zurich’s financial compliance.
- In the first 12 to 18 months, you will assume overall technical responsibility for the introduction of an organization-wide expense and travel tool.
- You will analyse existing processes, develop standardised and sustainable target processes, define control and approval mechanisms and control cooperation with internal stakeholders from finance, IT, HR and departments.
- You contribute your expertise in the selection and implementation of the system solution, coordinate the implementation and support rollout, training and documentation.
- After the successful introduction of the tool, your focus increasingly shifts to financial compliance.
- They actively develop compliance issues in the financial sector and contribute significantly to the operation and expansion of financial compliance.
- They create and update financial guidelines and regulations, develop training and awareness-raising measures and advise organizational units on financial compliance-relevant issues.
- In addition, you will conduct risk analysis and internal audits, ensuring that regulatory requirements are translated into pragmatic and sustainable solutions.
- In this role, you work independently, networked and with high impact across organizational boundaries.
