- Coaching & Compliance: Coach the organization to ensure that financial issues are understood and implemented in a “compliant” manner. Who you are
- Education & experience: You have a bachelor’s, master’s or equivalent degree in finance, accounting or a related discipline as well as more than 3 years of experience in controlling and finance business partnering.
- Entrepreneurial & commercial thinking: You have a high intrinsic motivation to understand the commercial business in order to actively influence / shape it.
- You also have an entrepreneurial mindset and a curiosity to generate ideas and design solutions until implementation.
- Technology affinity: You are independent and have a strong desire to use new technologies and AI in your daily life.
