Role overview

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Since the fall semester 2017, ETH Zurich has been conducting the Bachelor's Programme Human Medicine.

In close cooperation with the university partners for the further Master's education (University of Basel, University of Zurich and Università della Svizzera italiana).

To strengthen the team, we are looking for a:n employee:in the area of finance.

Job description

• You create, control and settle invoices and take various payouts for lecturers and student employees:in front
• • Externally act with our doctoral students and clinics to ensure a smooth running of payment processes
• You always keep an overview of completed or open processes and perform a daily deposit
• They support the financial managers of the degree programme by, for example, entering procurement applications or assisting in reporting for third-party funding projects and the financial management of the associated MAS study programme
• Occasional protocol management and the creation of appointments are also part of your diverse tasks The place is initially limited to one year with option for extension and pensum increase.

The position can be entered by 01.06.2026 or by agreement.

Profile

• Based on your very good social competencies, you can maintain a service-oriented working method and work in the team.

• Stylish-safe German and very good English skills are indispensable for the job
• They also keep an overview of several parallel processes in hectic times
• You have completed a commercial training and/or have a relevant professional experience in this field, ideally in the ETH field of work We offer you part of an established, interdisciplinary project team in the constructive ETH environment, where great emphasis is placed on teamwork and innovative ideas are welcome.

Your work place is the Campus Hönggerberg.
