Then become part of our management team and actively shape the Zürcher Kantonalbank and the customer consultancy in miles. As branch management, you take over the holistic and entrepreneurial management of the branch miles. You lead two teams with around 11 employees who are responsible for advising and supporting private customers within the store miles and are responsible for efficient, customer-oriented sales with earnings responsibility (P&L) for your area. In doing so, you develop your employees further, strengthen customer relationships and drive the further development of the store miles. You also move something beyond the branch. You network in the region, maintain the exchange with the municipality and local partners such as real estate agents or sponsors and represent the Zürcher Kantonalbank locally. • Holistic and entrepreneurial management of branch miles
• Professional and personnel management of the teams for the advice and support of high-net-worth private customers:inside and private customers:inside with a total of around 10 employees
• Positioning and representation of the branch miles to the inside and outside as well as anchoring the brand Zürcher Kantonalbank in the local market
• Develop and control the necessary resources, processes and instruments in accordance with the corresponding market area and throughout the Group
• Further development of employees based on performance and individual development goals
• Promoting a strong team culture and cross-sectoral market development
• Actively drive customer development and lead the branch into the future with new digital sales opportunities

Your profile

• Several years of banking and sales skills combined with management and support experience
• Further training (uni, FH, HF) and targeted further training
• Strong affinity for sales topics and the ability to implement structured sales leadership
• Excellence and passion in customer support, stakeholder management and the necessary tact and assertive appearance to discuss with various contacts at eye level
• You are a motivator who leads the employees to success
• Sound analytical, planning and organizational skills
