You ensure the efficient organization and smooth operation of the branch
You offer competent, customer-oriented advice and support in selecting gifts from our diverse range of products
You are responsible for the appealing presentation of our extensive confectionery and chocolate assortment, including creative store design
You take on numerical responsibility, ensure the correct processing of cash transactions and guarantee accurate billing
You handle ordering and ensure that sufficient goods are always available
You ensure that our hygiene and freshness concept is always adhered to
You are responsible for personnel planning in shift operation and are actively involved in the recruitment process This is what you bring with you
Several years of sales and management experience in retail, with high social competence and strong leadership personality
You have successfully completed training in retail and/or comparable experience in handling food
You prioritize highest quality and customer orientation even in turbulent times
