About the role As a field service technician (m/f/d), you are a central point of contact for our customers in the field and ensure reliable operation of our water and wastewater treatment plants. You assume responsibility for service operations, maintenance and commissioning directly on site and contribute significantly to the high service quality of our company. Look forward to a varied activity with a lot of technical responsibility, direct customer contact and modernly equipped work equipment. Their tasks • Ensuring a smooth, cost-conscious and customer-oriented service sequence • Implementation of service operations at water and wastewater treatment plants • Replacement of spare and wear parts as well as carrying out repairs, renovations and maintenance work directly at the customer's site • Analysis and correction of technical failures • Workshop and assembly work • Construction and dismantling as well as commissioning of our test facilities • Preparation of analytical reports and detailed basic technical reports • Support of our customers including implementation of customer training Your profile • Completed technical training, e.g. in mechanical engineering, maintenance, water engineering or equivalent qualification • Knowledge in E and TIG welding is advantageous • Driving licence in category B (formerly class 3) • High willingness to travel in the context of external service activities • Self-responsible, structured and cost-conscious working method • Teamwork, independence and flexibility • Strong communication and reasoning strength • Very good knowledge of German in word and writing, knowledge of English desirable • Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel as well as experience in dealing with Salesforce What we offer you • A secure position in a modern
