For an established, owner-managed trust office in Richterswil on Lake Zurich, we are looking for a committed, independent and trustworthy reinforcement. In this versatile function, you benefit from short decision-making processes away from rigid corporate structures and manage a varied mandate portfolio. This is your job
- Payroll & Personnel: Self-employed processing of wage runs for monthly and hourly wage mandates as well as the entire personnel administration (social insurance, withholding taxes, year-end declarations).
- Finance: Independent management of accounts payable, including payments via e-banking and digital platforms, as well as cooperation in the preparation of interim and annual accounts.
- Taxes & operations: Assistance in the preparation of company accounts, preparation of VAT bills and preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons.
- Support: Direct customer contact and support for general administrative inquiries.
This is what you bring with you
- training: Completed initial commercial training (e.g. KV apprenticeship, commercial school); Further training in escrow or finance and accounting is a welcome advantage.
- Experience: Ideally, several years of solid practical experience in the field of trust or in a qualified accounting function.
- IT & Language: Good MS Office knowledge and familiarity with common accounting software (preferably Topal, Bexio or Abacus) as well as stylish German in word and writing.
- Personality: A careful, accurate and structured way of working characterized by reliability, responsibility and integrity.
