For our customer – an established trust company with a versatile mandate portfolio – we are looking for a customer-oriented personality with a high level of social competence. Depending on your previous professional experience, you will be trained individually, take on varied editing tasks and can develop directly on-the-job. Immediately or by agreement, we are looking for you!
This is your job
- Mandate support: Joint support of a broad customer portfolio (SMEs of all industries, major customers and outsourcing orders) together with the mandate managers.
- Fiduciary work: Timely preparation of financial accounts, wage runs and VAT declarations.
- Degrees & Taxes: Participation in final theses as well as the independent creation of tax declarations for natural persons.
- Support: Support of the customer managers: in day-to-day operations including direct customer contact.

- Experience: In-depth professional experience in the escrow sector or in finance and accounting (partial access is also possible depending on the level of experience).
- IT & Languages: Great interest in the use of modern IT solutions as well as negotiable knowledge of German (every other language is welcome).
- Working method: An analytical, careful and precise working method, characterized by initiative and a high degree of independence to relieve the team.
- Soft Skills: A sociable, team-oriented personality with a strong social competence.
