• Analysis of processes and identification of AI use cases with high business impact
• Development, testing and implementation of AI solutions, workflows, automations and AI agents
• Collaboration with specialist areas such as Finance, HR, Quality, Operational Excellence and other business teams
• Measurement and evaluation of the impact achieved and continuous optimisation of existing solutions
• Promoting AI application in the enterprise through training, documentation and knowledge building
• Help build scalable standards and best practices for AI deployment
• Accompanying pilot projects from idea to productive use

• Ongoing or completed studies in business informatics, computer science, data science, business administration or a comparable degree programme
• Enthusiasm for Artificial Intelligence, Automation and Digital Innovation
• First experience with AI tools, automation, coding or low-code/no-code solutions
• Demonstrable own projects in which processes have been improved, automated or new solutions have been developed
• Analytical thinking and structured and independent working methods
• High initiative, willingness to learn and implementation strength
• Very good knowledge of German and English in words and writing
• French is a plus
