Your tasks
- You check and invoice relevant service, case and guarantee data for completeness, plausibility and tariff compliance – both in individual and mass invoicing
- You perform invoice corrections, cancellations and new invoices in single and mass processing
- You analyze, process and coordinate inquiries about billing as well as complaints and rejections from all billing areas
- You take over the professional correspondence and provide information to parents or parents by phone. Legal guardians, insurance companies, IV agencies, cantons and other payers
Your profile
- You have an education and / or further education in the commercial sector and bring proven experience from the health care / health insurance.
- You already have experience in the application of tariffs (e.g. Tardoc, ambulatory packages, SwissDRG, paramedical tariffs)
- Due to your high IT affinity, you support us in establishing and further developing processes.
- Your own initiative, teamwork and your quick comprehension characterize your profile.
- In addition, you bring stylish German and good language skills in English, of course other languages are an advantage.
