January 2027 or by appointment a committed personality as an all-rounder, who is happy to participate in the hospital pharmacy as well as at the patient counter for outpatient and emerging inpatient patients.
Exciting challenges await you
- Care of the patient switch within the hospital pharmacy, central function in ensuring medication safety at the interface between inpatient and outpatient care:
Recipe validation
- Advice for inpatients of outpatients in hospitals on the safe and correct use of their medicines
- Only recipes, not OTC. Rather short patient contacts, high frequency, grateful customers
- Processing of requests for medicinal products
- Creating guidelines for the use of remedies
- Development and implementation of further training measures for hospital employees such as nurses, doctors and staff of the hospital pharmacy on pharmaceutical topics
- Cooperation in the further development and updating of the quality management system
- Cooperation in projects and further development of hospital pharmacy
- Participation in day-to-day logistics business if required
