- Interpretability and understanding of laboratory measurement data and standards
- In-depth knowledge in the field of colorimetrics and in dealing with corresponding measuring instruments
- Affinity to modern software solutions for analytical measuring instruments in general
- Delight in practical laboratory craftsmanship with pasty, water-based building materials
- High comprehension and team-oriented thinking
- Willingness to be flexible when changing priorities
