Tasks: • Together with qualified nurses HF/FH, you take care of an assigned patient group and actively participate in the care process. • You use your professional skills responsibly and independently. • Through close cooperation with various professional groups and specialists, you contribute to a professional, safe and patient-centered care. • You accompany learners and trainees in everyday work and are happy to pass on your knowledge. • With organizational and logistical tasks, you support a smooth station routine. Requirements • Completed health EFZ training • Enjoy learning new things and continuously developing yourself professionally • Interest in complex clinical pictures, diverse medical technology and varied care situations • Self-employed, responsible and reliable working methods • Enjoy working in an interprofessional team • Appreciative and respectful communication with patients, relatives and employees Experience in acute care is an advantage, but not a requirement. Much more important is your motivation, your willingness to learn and your joy of working together.
