The Gesundheitsnetz Küsnacht AG (GNK) with the age and health centers Tägerhalde and Wangensbach with about 130 residents as well as the day home, the Spitex, the living in old age and the consulting with a total of about 250 employees is a non-profit public limited company fully owned by the municipality of Küsnacht.
The Tägerhalde site is looking for a sensitive personality for the protected residential group for people with dementia developments with 21 residents by appointment.
Your new tasks
- Assuming daily responsibility for nursing and organizational matters
- Participation in performance measurement using RAI, observation phase and resident surveys
- Share responsibility for good cooperation in the care team and interdisciplinary
- Participation in improving the quality and implementation of the dementia concept
- Creative and individual support according to the normality principle
- Completed basic training with EFZ FaGe and/or Dipl. HF/FH
- Proven experience in long-term and dementia care is beneficial
- Good organizational skills in an ever new daily routine
- Teamwork, resilience, flexibility and empathy
- Good oral and written knowledge of German and computer skills
- 6 weeks until completion of the 20. Age year
