- Degree in a technical field (such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Engineering) or an equivalent technical qualification
- Several years of professional experience in Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering, or Quality Management
