- Coordination and administration in the Facility Management Office (Backoffice & PMO Support)
- First Level Support as well as processing and coordination of service operations (Order Management)
- Control and monitoring of service workflows incl.
Completion of completed orders in the CAFM system - Ensuring the correct billing of services as well as control of order and performance data - processing of orders and material procurement in SAP incl.
Recording of incoming goods
- Examination and recording of creditors' invoices as well as clarification of discrepancies between order, delivery and invoice
- Administrative tasks and support for offers, key and bathroom management as well as office and materials management
- Support in the training of learners KV Requisiti
- Basic commercial training
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable function, preferably in the industrial environment
- Communicative personality with a high service orientation
- Flexibility, resilience as well as solution-oriented thinking and acting
- Good MS Office, CAFM and SAP knowledge
