Your place of work includes 3-5 Tertianum companies in the Zurich region, as agreed. Working days are from Monday to Friday.
To expand our team in the Zurich region, we are looking for someone immediately or by appointment
Spitex specialist responsibility for interRAI-HC clarifications 90% -100%
Your tasks
- Responsible for the timely and correct planning and implementation of initial assessments and reassessments (needs clarifications) as well as reports of needs
- Planning of operations (operations plan) for the Spitex teams of the assigned companies
- Collaboration with health insurance companies -> process rejections/feedbacks
- Professional and warm advice and support for people in need of care
- Observation and analysis of nursing and care situations including initiation of necessary corrective measures/measures
- Checking Spitex services for completeness and correctness for all guests (monthly closing)
- Coaching of employees in the company to correctly and completely record Spitex services
Your profile
- Completed nursing training HF/FH/DNII or equivalent training recognized by the SRK
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in nursing
- 1-2 years of professional experience at Spitex with requirements clarification
- Ability to analyze rejections
- Knowledge of the correct planning and recording of Spitex services (including billing)
- Willingness to travel within the canton of Zurich
- Impeccable knowledge of German, differentiated oral and written expression skills

Requirements
Completed nursing qualification HF/FH/DNII or equivalent Red Cross recognized training
Minimum 2-3 years professional nursing experience
1-2 years professional home care experience with needs assessments
Ability to analyze insurance rejections
Knowledge of correct planning and recording of home care services including billing
Willingness to travel within Canton Zurich
Excellent German language skills with strong verbal and written communication
