- Technical advice on infection prevention issues
- Planning and implementation of hygiene training and coaching as well as sensitization of employees for hygienic standards and concepts
- Planning and management of surveillance, hygiene audits and inspections, evaluation of risks and quality data, derivation of improvement measures and their implementation
- Further development of the hygiene concept and creation and updating of instructions, standards and checklists
- Collection and analysis of hygiene-relevant key figures, implementation of surveillance measures and derivation of suitable improvement measures, especially in outbreak situations
- Organization, technical support and support of the hygiene committee as well as for hygiene-related procurement and conversion projects in an interprofessional context
Your profile
- Diploma as nurse HF/FH or comparable education in the health care sector
- Completed further training as a specialist expert for infection prevention in health care (SHFV) or willingness to complete it
- Several years of professional experience in healthcare, ideally with knowledge in infection prevention and hygiene, surveillance and outbreak management
- Experience with audits, quality development, key figures and training as well as further training in adult education is an advantage
- Independent, analytical and cooperative work and the ability to transfer professional requirements effectively into practice.
- Good digital user knowledge and very good German skills in words and writing
- English skills are beneficial
