You actively shape the HR processes at USZ and continuously develop them with regard to efficiency, standardization, automation and optimal user orientation. In this key role, you analyze and question existing processes together with the relevant stakeholders and develop future-oriented target processes and technical requirements from them. It is expressly not a question of simply transferring existing processes into new systems, but of critically reviewing processes and redesigning them if necessary. As a central interface between the HR departments and the system-side implementation, you work closely with HR Systems & Applications and accompany the solutions from conception to professional acceptance. A position with great creative leeway and direct influence on the further development of the HR process landscape at USZ. >The University Hospital Zurich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland. Tasks

• Planning and implementation of process and requirements workshops
• Recording and visualization of actual processes
• Analysis of vulnerabilities, media breaks, manual activities and duplications
• Design of end-to-end processes across organizational boundaries incl. Requirements and acceptance criteria
• Coordination of requirements with HR departments and other stakeholders
• Transfer and concretization of requirements with HR systems & applications incl. technical support during implementation
• Development of technical test scenarios
• Coordination of professional qualifications
• Further development of processes based on feedback, support cases and process key figures
• Process-related training and stakeholder empowerment

Requirements

• Completed education or training with a focus on human resources, business administration or comparable discipline
• Several years of professional experience in the HR environment as well as a sound understanding of HR processes and their organizational contexts
• Proven experience in managing HR projects in connection with the analysis, design and optimization of end-to-end processes and workflows
• Experience in the structured recording, analysis and translation of technical requirements into technical system conditions
• Experience with HR systems and ideally with the introduction or further development of integrated HR solutions
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working method
• High level of communication and consulting competence as well as addressee-friendly behaviour
• Ability to bring different interests together and develop viable solutions
