To strengthen our team, we are looking for 1. January 2027 or by appointment a competent and committed personality. The job is initially until 31. December 2027 limited in time. There is a possibility of permanent employment.
Tasks
- You take over the function as SiBe fire protection for the school district Schwamendingen.
- They are responsible for the first-level support of the digital ASGS tool “BGL Safely” and support the safety officers (SiBe) in the school district Schwamendingen in its application, support the leading home service and technology as well as, if necessary, the school leaders in operational and professional questions.
- You act as a Kaba superuser and are the contact person of the LHT for the key and access administration in the school district Schwamendingen.
- They take on the role of Peps.Net superuser and ensure the professional application of personnel and deployment planning.
- They take over deputies on site in the event of unplanned absences of the LHT.
Profile
- Education level Eidg. Certificate of competence in the technical field and caretaker with a federal diploma (HFP)
- In-depth additional training SiBe fire protection and/or assistant ASGS
- Several years of professional experience is a requirement, ideally in a similar position
- Strong communication skills and willingness to take responsibility and work in a dynamic environment, coupled with a high level of commitment, organisational talent and flexibility in terms of work input (annual working hours)
- Strong assertiveness and the ability to represent professional requirements clearly, addressee-oriented and binding
