As a result of retirement, we are looking for our Zurich department at age 1. March 2026 or by arrangement a dedicated person for the management of the professional team social work.
Tasks
- You lead the team of social workers - at three locations - both professionally and in terms of personnel.
- They guarantee a high-quality and needs-based service in social consulting.
- They ensure the continuous development of target group and customer-oriented information and consulting services (point of contact for all age issues).
- They play a decisive role in shaping the strategic orientation of the specialist centre and support projects in the Age Strategy 2035.
- They actively network with partner organisations in the age sector and represent the centre in specialist groups, projects and public relations.
Profile
- University of applied sciences degree (bachelor or master) in social work or comparable level of training
- In-depth knowledge in the age and health sector as well as experience in community work
- Several years of leadership experience
- Understanding political frameworks and urban structures
- Winning and communication-strong personality with a secure appearance and a high degree of independence and initiative
