Are you thrilled to comprehend complex content and thus support executives, general agencies and customer consultants in everyday life?

In the team P&C Retail Private Customers, Market Development & Communication in Zurich Switzerland, we design, among other things, address-oriented communication for the strategically central sales channels. Our work makes a decisive contribution to ensuring that strategic and operational issues from the headquarters reach our general agencies and customer consultants in an effective, understandable and targeted manner. The agency channel is close to customers and makes a significant contribution to achieving the goals of BU Switzerland.

As part of our team, as a specialist (m/f/d), you actively shape sales communication, position agency sales as a strong channel within Zurich Switzerland and support executives and stakeholders in achieving their goals with clear, consistent and effective communication.

This is what awaits you

• You develop relevant messages and communication formats for different stakeholders in sales and management.
• You advise executives and business leaders on communicative issues – including positioning on specific topics.
• You ensure coordinated, consistent communication in close cooperation with our cross-channel stakeholders.
• You maintain the agent web, develop it further and take responsibility for our newsletter formats.
• You help shape our targeted communication strategy for agency sales.

This sets you apart

• A completed degree (technical college or university) or an equivalent education in the field of communication, marketing, media or a comparable discipline.
• Experience in strategic and operational communication and / or marketing ideally in the sales, financial or insurance environment.
• Willingness to take responsibility, set priorities, actively reflect performance and continuously develop in line with our company values.
• Self-responsible, structured work and enjoyment of working together in a team.
• Stylistic communicative skills in German
• Further language skills in French and Italian are beneficial.
