As part of the replacement of our existing time management system PEP by Swisio, we are looking for an expert and solution-oriented person who is well versed in time management. In a first phase, you take on the ongoing PEP tasks and thus relieve the team that focuses on the introduction of Swisio. In the further course, you actively accompany the changeover and switch yourself to the new system. This ensures smooth operation of the time management during the entire conversion phase.
The University Hospital Zurich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland. Our more than 8,600 employees and around 700 trainees work every day for the well-being of our patients. Tasks: • Assumption of first-level support as well as support for managers, HR employees and personnel planners in system-related issues • End of month support • Ensure smooth scheduling of servicing, absence and spare parts (creation, mutation, deletion of entries) • Careful and reliable maintenance and processing of personnel master data as well as time management-relevant information • Evaluation of current and future requirements for time management as well as active participation in the replacement of existing systems • Support in the support and quality assurance of time management systems as well as ensuring smooth operation • Preparation of evaluations and analyses from personal master and wage data and preparation of relevant information for internal stakeholders • Support in absentee management and ensuring correct processing of the corresponding data • Addressing human and labour law, analysing regulations, making legal clarifications and ensuring correct implementation • Support for testing new releases Requirements • You have a completed commercial basic education EFZ or a comparable education • Several years of experience in HR administration and time management • Analytical and service-oriented thinking • Flexible personality with solution-oriented action • You bring proven experience with POLYPOINT PEP, ideally as an accomplished service planner or in PEP support • You have very good knowledge of Excel and MS Office as well as a quick understanding • You have very good German and good English skills • Experience in dealing with the complexity of shift operations incl. Personnel assignment planning and familiarity with shift models, surcharges and working time schedules • High process and optimization orientation as well as enjoyment of the further development of existing processes • Independent, structured and quality-conscious working method with a pronounced service and consulting orientation We offer: You can expect a varied task with a lot of creative leeway in an exciting transformation project.
