In the well-established team of our debt collection and loss certificate collection I group, you have the opportunity to participate in the development of processes and IT solutions - an exciting opportunity to contribute your ideas and actively shape your working environment. In the course of a retirement succession, a place with us will be available on January 1, 2027 or by arrangement - perhaps exactly for you.
Tasks
- You will handle competently, sovereignly and independently the cases assigned to you in our demanding legal environment
- You initiate and monitor the SchKG procedures
- They independently agree on payment terms and are responsible for their control and correct account management.
- They ensure the collection of claims for loss certificates and keep an eye on both the situation of our customers and the interests of the City of Zurich
- You personally get in touch with our customers and third parties in writing, by telephone and at our counter and process the daily correspondence conscientiously and independently.
Profile
- Completed commercial or equivalent basic training as well as in-depth debt collection experience and very good knowledge of SchKG
- Good knowledge of SAP HANA, ASEM and eSchKG applications
- Willingness to perform, self-confident appearance, open, convincing communication and a solution-oriented approach to our demanding customers
- Very good written and oral expression in German, we would also be very happy about good language skills in French and Italian, any other language of advantage
- High IT affinity, willingness to make the most of the opportunities offered by digitalization
- Team spirit, humor, optimism and a positive human image
