• You support the "Customer Service & Service Purchasing" area on all traffic modalities taking into account operational/customs and foreign trade requirements.
• Independently, you will process specialist task packages such as transport inquiries, create offers and tenders and carry out calculations and analyses.
• With your high service orientation, you will supervise and advise specialists and decision-makers of the Migros Group on complex transport subjects.
• You create presentations and carry out transport training for our customers.
• Operational reporting, the creation of statistics and the securing of controlling reports are part of your area of responsibility.
• Demanding clarifications on international framework conditions, customs and foreign trade topics as well as on insurance and transport risks are handled independently.

Requirements

• Professional experience of several years: In the international logistics/forwarding sector
• Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): Commercial basic training and a completed further education in the field of logistics or supply chain management (e.g. logistics specialist with federal certificate, CAS Supply Chain/Logistics)
• You have a solid knowledge of rules of origin, free trade zones and customs regulations.
• In addition, you bring in-depth experience of customer aspects, negotiations of transport prices on various transport modalities.
• Self-employment, a sense of responsibility and the joy of actively shaping things are among your strengths.
• Very good IT knowledge (MS Office, Excel knowledge) is mandatory.
• Analytical thinking, organizational talent and a solution- and result-oriented working method are among your strengths.
