Key requirements
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagement, ergänzt durch Erfahrungen in der Kultur- und Organisationsentwicklung
- Hochschulabschluss in Gesundheitsmanagement, Organisationspsychologie, Psychologie oder eine ähnliche Ausbildung
- Systemisches Denkvermögen sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu analysieren und in wirksame Lösungen zu übersetzen
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, ausgeprägte Beratungs- und Kommunikationskompetenz sowie Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Kenntnisse einer zweiten Landessprache
