In the Customer Service Individual Life team, you are part of a dedicated team, which is responsible for handling all requests and inquiries from our customers throughout Switzerland and provides them with advice and support. As an individual specialist, you actively support the individual life division within the customer service and act as a competent contact person for our customer advisors from Zurich agencies and external brokers – especially in the processing of all new applications.

What you do

• You independently process all requests of demanding customers from the application to the policy in telephone and written contact

• You are responsible for the technical recording and administrative handling of complex business transactions

• You work closely with internal and external interfaces (e.g. compliance)

• You support your teammates with technical questions and difficult processing of customer policies

• You actively build up your network, act confidently and take on additional tasks such as working in specialist groups and projects

What you bring

• Commercial or comparable training completed

• Individual experience and expertise and at least two years of experience in a customer-oriented environment

• Enjoyment in dealing with customers in telephone and written contact

• Stylistic German in word and writing as well as very good knowledge of French absolutely necessary
• Knowledge of Italian is an advantage

• Very good knowledge of MS-Office programs
