In this role, at Zurich Switzerland, you are part of the Life business unit in the area of Individual Life, Customer Services IL, Existing Agents in German-speaking Switzerland. You support the management and support of life insurance in the individual customer sector and make an important contribution to the further development of our service quality with your solution-oriented working method. You actively support the individual life division within the customer service and act as a professional contact person within but also outside Zurich Insurance. With your commitment, you contribute significantly to the excellent customer experience.

This is what awaits you

• You independently handle all requests of our demanding customers during the entire duration of an insurance contract in telephone and written contact, primarily in German and advantageously in English, French or Italian
• You work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and excellent results
• You take responsibility for handling complex customer requests and find customized solutions in our system landscape
• You actively contribute to the further development of the field of individual life by contributing and implementing innovative ideas by participating in specialist groups or projects

This sets you apart

• Completed commercial education or equivalent qualification, ideally with experience in the field of life insurance.
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-oriented environment and good specialist knowledge of life insurance desirable
• Strong customer orientation and communication strength to ensure excellent service quality.
• Completed VBV training or willingness to do so
• Style-safe language skills in German, other national languages are an advantage
