Company and context
- Triage into the offers of the psychiatric service and organization of a needs-based and sustainable further treatment
- Active networking and cooperation with referees, authorities and other partners of the psychosocial care system in the Emmental Profile
- Master's degree in psychology or completed training as a nurse psychiatry HF/FH
- At least one year of professional experience in psychiatry, preferably in stationary setting
- High independence and the ability to safely prioritize and make responsible decisions in complex and dynamic situations
- High ability to reflect, combined with the willingness to continuously develop one’s own actions and to participate constructively in the interprofessional exchange
- Team-oriented personality with pleasure in interprofessional cooperation and an appreciative approach to patients, relatives and network partners
- Good verbal and written communication skills as well as a safe presence in demanding conversation situations
