Do you want to use your experience in surgical technology not only in the operating room, but also actively shape the next generation? Then you are right with us! For our education team at the Triemli location we are looking for 1. September 2026 or by agreement a committed, professionally experienced and development-oriented personality.
Tasks
- You will accompany, promote and assess students surgical technique HF during their practical training.
- You support the theory-practice transfer in everyday operating life and promote learning directly in concrete work situations.
- You regularly provide students with learning-promoting feedback on their professional development and their actions in the OR.
- You plan, design and perform practical LTT sequences.
- You work closely with the education team and the teams in the OR.
- You work in the operating room and bring your specialist expertise in the fields of visceral, vascular and thoracic surgery, urology, robotics and gynecology.
- You will contribute to the further development of practical training (e.g. learning materials, training structures, feedback culture and new forms of learning).
- You promote a constructive, appreciative and professional learning and team culture.
Profile
- Completed training as a Dipl. Specialist / Dipl. Professional surgical technique HF
- Professional experience in the surgical field
- Enjoying the practical instruction and accompanying students during their education
- Interest in learning processes, feedback and further development of practical training
- Ideally, SVEB certificate Level I trainer or the willingness to complete it
- Independent, structured and responsible working methods
- Openness to development, change and new forms of learning
- High social skills, patience and clarity in dealing with students
