We have lived here for many years, many of us almost all our lives. On a shared apartment in a pavilion in the middle of the Wagerenhof area, we, five residents, are dependent on the employees of our shared apartment to accompany us in everyday life. You and we are looking for you immediately or by agreement as Specialist Health or Care (FaGe, FaBe) for our intensive residential community Seestern orange (80 – 100%) Together with your teammates, you are there for us. We need clear structures and a regulated everyday life in order to be able to orient ourselves. We don’t like surprises like that and if something doesn’t suit us, then sometimes we can also react impulsively. Then we are happy if you support us and the others protectively. Otherwise we feel comfortable and at home and are independent in many areas. After your basic training in the health or social sector, you have already gained experience in accompanying people like us, with challenging care situations or from the autism spectrum. The daily accompaniment of us makes you happy and you have already shown that you can do it well. You are authentic and keep a cool head even in heated situations. You can also distinguish yourself well, find independent solutions and appreciate working in a team. What matters is you. Every single person is at the center with their individual quality of life. We do everything we can to ensure that our approximately 250 residents, 246 daycareers and 52 employees at protected workplaces in the Wagerenhof can enjoy the highest possible quality of life.
