Full description
The Frauenklinik in Zurich City Hospital attaches great importance to a holistic and individual care of women. For the gynecological, obstetrical outpatient we are looking for committed personalities as of 1 January 2027 or by agreement.
Tasks
- You receive our patients at the counter and take on general secretarial tasks.
- You are responsible for the patient administration and provide telephone information to patients, family doctors, insurance companies, relatives and authorities.
- You support in preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic measures and assist the doctors in the consultation hours.
- You organize and document your work processes independently and ensure correct performance recording.
- You are jointly responsible for ordering medical materials, medicines and office supplies, promote cross-divisional cooperation and support the introduction of new employees.
Profile
- Training as a specialist Health or Med. Practical assistant* with several years of professional experience
- Interested in caring for women in different life situations
- Flair for administration and organization
- Quality awareness and service orientation
- Good PC user knowledge
