Immediately or by agreement we are looking for you as Health specialist (FaGe) for a residential group with holistic care and support (60-100%) As a responsible and reliable personality, you accompany and care for eight residents in a mindful, needs-based and professional manner in everyday living. You make a significant contribution to making these people feel comfortable and at home with us. What matters is you. Every single person is at the center with their individual quality of life. We do everything we can to ensure that our approximately 250 residents, 246 daycareers and 52 employees at protected workplaces in the Wagerenhof can enjoy the highest possible quality of life. For employees of different backgrounds and professionalism, Wagerenhof is an attractive employer and a competent training partner for learners of all levels.

• Accompaniment and care of persons with severe mental and physical impairments
• Interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation
• Assistance in managing the group budget

• Training for Health (FaGe) EFZ
• Sound professional experience in accompanying and caring for severely impaired people
• Differentiated perception and reflection
• Good PC knowledge and good German skills in word and writing
