To complement our team, we are looking for you as co-team leader immediately or by agreement. For a residential group with residents between the ages of 19 and 57, you are a responsible person with a lot of passion for the needs of the people entrusted to us. The Wagerenhof Foundation in Uster has been a permanent home for around 250 people with multiple cognitive impairments for more than 100 years and offers over 50 employees in assisted jobs. We are a recognized, non-profit institution with a social mission. With a demand-oriented offer of living and care places as well as various day and leisure offers, we promote the quality of life, participation and self-determination of our residents. The special features of the Wagerenhof include size and Dörfli character, which allows space for encounters. For this we give you the responsibility

• Personnel, organizational and financial management of a residential group in the co-management model with an agogic or nursing specialist
• Agogic and nursing responsibility for living and the daily structure
• Assistance in accompanying and caring for persons with severe mental and physical impairment
• Interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation, also with the experts of the Wagerenhof Foundation

You fit in with us and with this position, if you also put our residents and our supervised employees at the center of your activities and you bring the following:

• Experience accompanying people with cognitive impairments
• Designated leadership experience
• Degree as a health professional, social educator/social educator HF / FH or Dipl. Nursing professional
• High cooperation capacity and transparency
• Planning and organisational competence
• High willingness for interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation within a matrix organization
• Good knowledge of German in words and writing
• Good computer user knowledge
