Full description

In the spinal lock, the nurseries of the GMZ, you focus on children and their individual needs. In 3 mixed-age groups with children from 3 months to kindergarten entry, you accompany up to 10 children per group with heart, expertise and commitment – together with 1 professional and 1 learner. Look forward to closeness, security and individual accompaniment.

Requirements

• First professional experience after apprenticeship: desirable in the field of family-supplementary child care
• Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): as a FaBe child or an equivalent educational training
• Experience in pedagogical and interdisciplinary cooperation
• Warm, empathetic and patient treatment of children
• Enjoying the appreciative treatment of children, families and caregivers from different cultures
• High social skills and strong team skills
• Self-employed, responsible and reliable working methods
• Creativity and joy in accompanying children in their development

Recruitment process
