The Multifaceted Day

• You accompany, support and promote people with cognitive, psychological or physical impairment directly in their daily work.
• You practically implement the development goals of the clients according to our Agogik concept.
• You have the warehouse under control: You ensure that everything in logistics (goods receipt, goods out, warehouse management) runs smoothly, the safety rules are adhered to and supports the team in the implementation of the service order.
• You plan the packaging orders for internal and external customers and ensure that everything is done on time and cleanly on the production line.
• You pay attention to order, work safety and a gentle handling of the material.
• You take over the administrative and organizational tasks on the PC and document the development of the clients.

Their diverse talents

• Completed basic training as a logistician / logistician EFZ.
• Additional training as a work agonist / work agonist or social pedagogue / social teacher.
• You bring experience in accompanying people with a disability.
• You are physically resilient and like to take part in everyday work.
• You are in possession of a valid forklift (and/or driver's license Cat. B).
• You are familiar with the popular PC programs (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ideally have experience with warehouse software.
• You speak and write good and understandable German.
• You work accurately, independently and you can absolutely rely on you.
• You are a team player, enjoy exchanging ideas with others and want to make a difference together with us
• Schedules 4-6 weeks in advance with regulated free weekends
• 5 weeks holiday, from the 50th. Age 6 weeks
