Office Wage band 70,000 - 90,000 CHF 01 Future employer For our customer, a company in the field of building technology, we are looking for a dedicated building technician in the field of ventilation / air conditioning. With your expert services, our client helps to maintain the value of real estate and ensure a smooth production process. The company is responsible for the infrastructural and technical maintenance of plants and buildings. In addition to preventive maintenance measures, they also take care of repairs and ensure cleanliness in the buildings and outdoor facilities. In order to strengthen the team, a competent specialist is sought who will both carry out preventive maintenance work and take responsibility for the repairs. 02 Your task The self-responsible maintenance and troubleshooting of ventilation and air conditioning systems in Zurich, including a 2-shift operation from Monday to Friday, is just as much a task as the regular assumption of the Pikett service (about every five weeks). In addition, the activity includes the acceptance and correction of faults at technical plants as well as structural defects in the area of responsibility. The maintenance, maintenance and optimization of the energy supply systems at the Zurich site also falls within the remit. In addition, internal training courses are held for colleagues in the field of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HLK) technology. 03
