02 Your responsibilities
- You will independently manage and coordinate demanding projects in the field of building services engineering.
- You will be responsible for the spatial coordination of various technical disciplines and coordinate the relevant interfaces within the project team.
- You will assume technical responsibility for specialist coordination and contribute to the further development and implementation of modern BIM and planning methods.
- Depending on your experience and interests, you will also take on the management of medium-sized projects with demanding technical and organizational requirements.
- You will lead, support and develop project staff and promote constructive collaboration within the team.
- You can tailor the focus of your role between specialist coordination and project management.
- You will contribute your expertise to the further development of projects, processes and employees.
- You will work closely with various specialist departments and project stakeholders and ensure efficient coordination.

04 Your profile
- You have completed basic training in a field related to HVAC or building services engineering.
- Ideally, you have completed further education at HF or FH level or obtained a comparable professional certificate.
- You have practical experience in spatial discipline coordination and in planning building services engineering projects.
- Knowledge of BIM and digital planning methods is an advantage.
- Experience with Revit in building services engineering is a plus.
- You are interested in holistic and integrated building services engineering concepts.
- You are enthusiastic about digitalization, modern planning methods and the continuous development of your field.
- You enjoy working independently and taking responsibility for your tasks and projects.
- You communicate confidently with various project stakeholders and maintain an overview even when handling complex tasks.
