Exchange, progress, interdisciplinary teamwork and good prospects are important here.Our new Zurich Triemli rehabilitation clinic will open in spring 2027. At the beginning we will operate a station with about 32 beds, rented in the city hospital Zurich Triemli. Our new building is already under construction and will open at the end of 2029 and have about 140 beds. For this exciting operational setup, we are looking for a Tasks: • You are responsible for the timely and qualitatively flawless handling of the drug management – from the order to the receipt of goods to the supply of the stations • Ordering and documenting formula medicines (wage production) as well as managing narcotics according to specifications are part of your area of responsibility • The organization of the drug supply for new entries as well as re-orders for short-term needs you organize independently • For the care stations you set up medicines and manage the warehouse in the SAP system • With regular quality controls you ensure drug safety • You monitor compliance with internal guidelines and assist with audits and regulatory controls • You document drug deviations carefully and track them consistently Requirements • You have completed training as a pharmaceutical assistant or specialist pharmacy • Ideally, you will bring professional experience in the hospital or nursing home • With the common computer programs you can safely handle • An independent, reliable and precise way of working distinguishes you • Teamwork and responsibility are among your strengths We offer: • Prospective and easy to reach workplace – in a collegial environment with clear structures, competent managers and appreciative communication • Real benefits instead of empty phrases – with paid changing time, jump-in premium, 28 days holidays as well as numerous internal and external discounts and offers.
