To strengthen our team in the hospital pharmacy at the Hirslanden Clinic in Zurich, we are looking for a motivated and committed personality. ## YOUR TASKS

• Together with your colleagues, you ensure the smooth circulation of medicines in the clinic – from the order to the receipt of goods to the supply of the stations
• You run the pharmacy warehouse and ensure optimal management (including demand determination, refilling, relocation and expiration date control)
• You manage medicines directly on the stations and are in direct exchange with the caregivers
• You take care of administrative work, including processing invoices and master data maintenance
• You support the management of the pharmacy as the first contact person for pharmaceutical and logistical questions on the part of the nursing or the medical profession around our product range ##
• Your profile
• Completed training as a pharmaceutical assistant or specialist pharmacy, with good specialist knowledge and several years of professional experience, ideally in a hospital pharmacy
• Responsible, team-oriented and flexible personality with a high level of initiative
• Good computer user knowledge
• Stylistic German in word and writing as well as well-kept manners
