The Wagerenhof Foundation (affectionately called “Wagi”) in Uster has been a permanent home for around 250 people with multiple cognitive impairments for more than 100 years and offers over 50 employees who need support accompanied jobs. We are a recognized, non-profit institution with a social mission. With a demand-oriented offer of living and care places as well as various day and leisure offers, we promote the quality of life, participation and self-determination of our residents.
